By creating an account or using the Idle Expedition portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Ownership

Each player is responsible for the security of their own account. Sharing login credentials is not recommended. We are not liable for losses caused by account theft or by a leaked weak password.

2. Player Conduct and Abuse

Using bugs, exploits or any tool that alters the integrity or the balance of the expeditions and arena battles is strictly forbidden. Players caught cheating have their accounts permanently suspended without prior notice.

3. Payments and Donations (Premium Points)

Buying Premium Points through the Mercado Pago (Pix) integration is treated as a voluntary donation that helps cover the server infrastructure and hosting costs. These amounts are not refundable or reversible under any circumstances once the points have been delivered automatically.

4. Limitation of Liability

The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or free of operational errors. We reserve the right to adjust game parameters (experience, loot chance, item values) to keep the economy balanced.

These terms are published in Portuguese, English and Spanish. If the versions are ever read differently, the Portuguese version prevails.
